I work closely with founders and key decision-makers first. Before programmes or channels, we establish alignment. On the pain. On the opportunity. On the direction of travel. Many businesses have grown past that alignment without realising it.

About me

Paul Doran

I am a commercial strategist, advisor and founder with over twenty years’ experience helping growth-stage businesses find clarity and momentum at moments of change. I have worked across telecoms, fintech, SaaS and digital platforms, often in regulated or uncertain environments.

I have helped build and scale businesses from the inside, including as one of the first five people at INSHUR, supporting its growth to over 50,000 customers, 150 employees and international expansion. I commercialised an early-stage AI product at Nuon AI, taking it from pre-market to pre-seed funding, and have helped reset positioning and direction where growth had stalled. Most recently, I took Raimac from concept through angel funding and into its first customer pilots.

I work as a growth engineer, designing practical systems that connect strategy, positioning and revenue.

Alongside my commercial work, I write and speak about leadership, wellbeing and the human side of building businesses. I believe sustainable growth comes from clarity, trust and good judgement, and that progress should not require burning people out to achieve it.
